The concept structure is not limited to a single store format. Wonnerbar can be developed through different models such as W-Club, W-Lounge, W-Store, W-Corner and W-Point, depending on the market, location, product focus and commercial strategy.

Each model is built to present the Wonnerbar world with clarity: cigars, tobacco products, coffee and beverages under one premium brand standard.

A Flexible Brand Structure

Every market has its own rhythm. Some locations may require a full cigar lounge experience, while others may be better suited to a compact product corner, a retail store format, a club structure or a light brand presence.

Wonnerbar’s concept structure allows the brand to adapt without losing its identity. The scale may change, but the standard should remain the same: clear product presentation, disciplined visual identity, selected service language and a premium atmosphere.

Franchise Model

The Wonnerbar Franchise Model is created for selected partners who can operate the brand with discipline, consistency and local market awareness.

The model may include one or more Wonnerbar formats depending on the project: W-Lounge, W-Store, W-Corner, W-Point or a W-Club structure. The right model should be selected according to market potential, legal requirements, location, partner profile, operational capacity and product category suitability.

Wonnerbar franchise development should remain selective. The aim is not only to open points under the brand name, but to build controlled, recognisable and sustainable brand presence in the right markets.

W-Club

W-Club is the membership, loyalty and selected community layer of the Wonnerbar concept structure. It is designed for private relationships, curated experiences and recurring brand communication.

W-Club can support private invitations, guided tastings, member-focused product introductions, catalogue previews and selected gatherings. It creates a closer relationship between the brand and people who appreciate cigars, coffee, beverages and premium product culture.

W-Lounge

W-Lounge is the cigar-focused experience format of Wonnerbar. It is designed for spaces where product knowledge, comfort, service and atmosphere come together around the cigar collection.

A W-Lounge should allow guests to discover Signature, Placer, Pasión, Heritage and Clásico with more attention. The format may support guided cigar tastings, pairing sessions, private product introductions and selected brand evenings.

The space should be comfortable, refined and clearly connected to the Wonnerbar visual identity. Lighting, seating, product display, service rhythm and catalogue presentation should all support the same brand standard.

W-Store​

W-Store is the retail and product presentation format of Wonnerbar. It can be developed as a full store or as a larger branded product area depending on the market, location and commercial strategy.

The W-Store format should make the product portfolio easy to understand. Cigars, tobacco products, coffee and beverages should be presented with clear category separation, disciplined visuals and catalogue-ready product information.

A successful W-Store should not feel crowded or generic. It should help visitors understand the Wonnerbar product world quickly, while giving each category enough space to carry its own identity.

W-Corner

W-Corner is a compact branded presentation area designed for selected partner locations. It allows Wonnerbar products to be introduced in a smaller but still recognisable format.

This model may be suitable for hotels, lounges, premium retail spaces, partner stores or selected hospitality environments where a full W-Store is not required. The focus should remain on clear visibility, controlled product selection and strong brand recognition.

A W-Corner should be compact, but not weak. Even in a smaller space, the product grouping, visual materials and catalogue information should reflect the Wonnerbar standard.

W-Point

W-Point is the lightest and most flexible Wonnerbar presence format. It can be used for selected product display, catalogue presentation, business introduction or market testing in suitable locations.

This model is useful when the brand needs visibility without a full operational setup. It may support distributor meetings, product previews, temporary displays, event-based presentations or early-stage market exploration.

W-Point should remain clear and controlled. Even as a light format, it should present the brand with the right visuals, correct product information and a professional communication standard.
